IPCA organized a special illustrated talk by eminent naturalist and natural art history expert Shri Bikram Grewal, as part of its Knowledge Series on Art and Nature, on 27th September 2016, at Hotel New Marrion, Bhubaneshwar.
This initiative is aimed at enhancing art appreciation and expanding knowledge of its various domains, disseminating the information amongst communities.
The first presentation in the Knowledge Series on Art and Nature was inaugurated by Shri R. Balakrishnan, Development Commissioner and Additional Chief Secretary, Odisha who graced the occasion as Chief Guest and delivered his keynote address.
The illustrated talk was attended by over 200 invitees and guests comprising of artists, art students, administrators, members of society and media, who also interacted with the speaker, Shri Bikram Grewal, in a vibrant question-and-answer session.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks offered by Shri Manash Ranjan Jena, Honorary Secretary, IPCA.
